Mom, daughters accused of welfare fraud in Warren County

A mother and her two daughters are accused of working together to scam the Warren County Department of Social Services.    

Sheriffs investigators say Molly Ann Finch and her sister Kimiya Noelle Hart filed for childcare benefits claiming their mother, Shirley Ann Finch was watching their kids between December and March.

They say Molly got just over $3,000, while Kimiya got just under $3,000.

The trouble is investigators say the hours they claimed their mom was babysitting, were the same hours when mom was on the clock, working at Gore Mountain Ski Center.
