Neglected dog rescued from Fulton County home dies

STRATFORD - The Brennan Humane Society in Mayfield says one of the neglected French Mastiffs found in Fulton County has died at the vet's office.  

As NewsChannel 13 reported Thursday, 22 French Mastiffs were found at a boarded up and broken-down house in Stratford. Nine of them were dead. The rest were emaciated.

Bentley Valdez, the man police say owns them, was arraigned on Thursday evening. Valdez has been charged with 22 counts.
