Pair in Warren County charged with animal cruelty

STONY CREEK - Police have arrested two people in Warren County for animal cruelty.

This happened in Stony Creek.

Police tell NewsChannel 13 they were called to a home on Harrisburg Road and found six dogs living outside in poor conditions, without adequate water.

Investigators say they also found decomposed cat and rabbit carcasses.

The people living in the home, Nina Fish and Zachary Porter, are each facing charges.

The six dogs were removed by the SPCA.

NewsChannel 13 is told police are continuing to investigate and more charges are possible.
