Niverville man accused of selling deadly drugs faces life in prison

A man from Niverville faces up to life in prison for selling the drugs that caused the deaths of a husband and wife.

Jacob Ebel, 29, is accused of giving heroin and fentanyl to the couple before they fatally overdosed last July. The couple died within five days of one another.

Ebel has been in custody since he was arrested on state drug charges last year.
