Notorious prison escapee now a free man

Notorious prison escapee Joel O'Keefe is a free man. He was processed for release Monday at the Washington County Department of Social Services.

He'll live in a cabin in Argyle, will have to wear an ankle bracelet and be supervised by parole officers.

Back in 1994, O’Keefe bolted from a state police car while on his way to a court appearance in Ballston Spa.

He's been in prison since 1995.
