North Adams man accused of stabbing pizza delivery man

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – North Adams police arrested a man they say stabbed a Domino’s Pizza delivery man on Union Street Friday night.

Travis Perras of North Adams is accused of stabbing Charles Sauer multiple times around 11:30 p.m. while Sauer was delivering pizza for Domino’s.

Police were called to Union Street, where they found Sauer in his car with multiple stab wounds to the chest and abdomen.

Police say they found Perras near the crime scene. He faces armed assault and robbery charges.

Sauer was taken to Berkshire Medical Center, where he's in stable condition.
