CATSKILL - There was a major state police presence outside 126 Tool House Rd. in Catskill for much on Thursday. At least two-dozen vehicles were there at one point.

State police say it's tied to the disappearance of Brandyn Dayne Foster, 31, who was last seen in Woodstock on January 30.

It’s unclear what led police to this area. However, a neighbor there says there has been some digging going on in the area since around 6 a.m. Thursday.

It’s not clear if there’s a connection to a home on Broom Road in the Village of Catskill, where a state trooper was posted on Thursday.
