The casino says the guest, who wishes to remain anonymous, drew a 10, King and Ace of Spades, which combined with the Queen and Jack of Spades in the dealer's Bonus Hand to make a Royal Flush.

The casino says they have paid out nearly $20 million in winnings since opening last February.
