A Voorheesville man is arrested for allegedly making a terroristic threat.
The Albany County sheriff's investigators say they received a report of a former county employee making a threatening statement at the Department of Social Services.
Robert Girouard, 23, allegedly said he had a gun and would bring it to the county offices on State Street.
Police say Girouard had been recently been fired as a security guard for stealing an iPad from a co-worker.
