Amsterdam man charged with criminal mischief at Albany International Airport

COLONIE - An Amsterdam man is facing charges, accused of causing damage at Albany International Airport.

The Albany County Sheriff tells NewsChannel 13 Shawn Schaffer is charged with criminal mischief.

Police say on Sunday, he damaged a computer kiosk owned by Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Police say Schaffer was loud and irate over Enterprise's policy not to allow him to use a debit card to rent a vehicle.

He's accused of pushing the computer kiosk to the ground and causing damage.
