Snowmobile, ATV warning sounded on Great Sacandaga Lake

Authorities were warning people on Monday not to head out onto Sacandaga Lake.

Rising water levels and breaks in the ice are making the lake extremely dangerous, especially in the north end.

They say the foot of ice that was across the lake last week has largely melted.

No one should consider going out onto it.
