Frustrated Capital Region: 'Will spring ever sprung?'

The calendar may say "April," but you wouldn't have known it waking up in the Capital Region on Monday.

The salters were fired up one more time as frustrated people woke up with a layer of snow and ice on their car and sidewalks.

A number of schools also delayed the start of classes -- with a very small number of those closing.

High winds were also expected on Monday.
