State police made the day of a Livingston teen Wednesday.

Brock Hathaway, 19, has cerebral palsy. He loves collecting patches from police and fire departments around the country. Not only did state police gave him a patch along with several other goodies. He even got to go on a ride along.

Now, police want to help Hathaway get more patches. Anyone who wants to donate can mail them to:
