State troopers hit by car return home from hospital

Two state troopers hit by a car while helping a driver on the side of the road are now out of the hospital.

Trooper Brent Karow is recovering at home. Trooper Shane Swartz is participating in a rehab program. Both men were seriously hurt on I-90 in North Greenbush, earlier this month.

Police say Christopher Neumann was driving drunk and slammed into them.

Tow truck driver Jeffery Wait was also hurt.
