SARATOGA SPRINGS -- Ink lovers from across the area gathered in Saratoga Springs on Sunday.

The sixth annual Tattoo Expo was held at the Saratoga City Center. Over two hundred tattoo artists were on hand showing off their work.

Organizers say the event has really grown over the years.

“The first year we had it, it was smaller,” said promoter Bill Lawyer. “But then I guess the town started taking to us, and it got a lot better, and a lot easier, and a lot smoother, so everything's going good.”

The U.S. sees more than $1.6 billion spent on tattoos each year. Forty percent of Americans between the ages of 26 to 40 have at least one. Eleven percent of them say they regret their ink, but many are proud of them.
