Albany man sentenced for deadly drunken driving crash

An Albany man who admitted to driving drunk and causing a deadly crash is heading to prison.

Terrance Kelly was sentenced Thursday morning to six to 12 years behind bars.

Kelly was driving on Western Avenue in January when he led police on a high-speed chase.

He crashed into a tree, killing his passenger, 25-year-old Billy Yager.

Prosecutors say his blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit.
