Third man arrested in Schenectady murder-for-hire plot

SCHENECTADY – A third man has been arrested in a murder-for-hire plot in Schenectady.

26-year-old Kyshaan Moore of Delaware is accused of shooting and killing Charles Dembrosky on Campbell Avenue in Schenectady on November 19, 2016.

Police say Moore killed Dembrosky with Joevany Luna with the expectation of being paid by Tarchand Lall. All three men are facing first degree murder charges.

Moore was arraigned last week and was back in court Wednesday for a hearing.
