Thousands turn out for LarkFest in Albany

ALBANY – Saturday’s great weather had tens of thousands of people heading to LarkFest.

LarkFest is New York's largest one-day festival and features more than 100 vendors offering food and crafts. The festival also highlights the arts with a number of musical guests.

"I think it's fantastic," said attendee Frank VanWormer of Clifton Park. "I like all the different venues we have, and there are a lot of cultures going on."

Albany business owners say the event brings plenty of foot traffic into their shops.
