Troy city pools to remain closed this summer

Troy city pools will not be opening this summer, according to the mayor's office.

Mayor Patrick Madden's office told NewsChannel 13 on Friday that the city will examine the engineering report to form a long-term plan to repair the pools.

We first told you about the push to keep the pools open on Wednesday, when the city told us it would cost $600,000 to $700,000 to open the pools for the season.
