Troy restaurantuer launches 'Fake Uber'

TROY - As the Uber debate rages on in upstate New York, a Troy restauranteur is taking matters into his own hands.

Over the weekend, Vic Christopher launched what he is calling "Fake Uber."

He posted a video on social media offering rides to his restaurant and some actually took him up on his offer.

Christopher launched the video with the Capital Region Ridesharing Coalition.
