Troy's bond rating revised

TROY – Troy’s bond rating has improved.

The city’s bond rating has been affirmed as A2. Moody’s Investors Service has improved the city’s outlook from negative to stable.

Troy Mayor Patrick Madden says Moody’s is recognizing the city’s effort to balance budgets and stabilize the tax base.
