Police helped escort a 350,000-pound turbine through the Capital Region Friday.
The 350 feet long and 20 feet wide turbine was being moved from General Electric in Schenectady to a destination in Sharon Springs.
To give you an idea how slow it moves, the police escorts were only planning to move 10 miles in eight hours.
If any other drivers needed to be someplace, they were encouraged to go a different way.
