Alleged 'Peeping Tom' arrested in Fulton County

MAYFIELD - Police say a 19 year old man from Gloversville cut holes in the ceiling of a bathroom so he could spy on people.

Joshua Adamkoski is charged with unlawful surveillance.

Fulton County sheriff's deputies say Adamkoski installed a cell phone with a camera in it, in the ceiling.

The phone was plugged in using an extension cord and recorded at a location in Mayfield.

It's not known if the bathroom was in a business or private residence.
