Vermont woman accused of driving 100 MPH with kids in car

A Vermont woman is accused of driving over 100 miles per hour on the Northway with two young children in the car.

Police say 28-year-old Amber Pelerin of Fair Haven hit another vehicle near Exit 18 but kept driving.
