Inspection finds problems at Warren County Airport

A federal inspection finds problems at the Warren County Airport.

NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Post-Star report problems include having no one on staff who is trained to run certain pieces of equipment. That includes rescue and firefighting equipment.

The Federal Aviation Administration also found the airfield's markings are in poor shape.

Acting Public Works Superintendent Kevin Hajos says he is going over the inspection report and preparing a response. He says some of the issues have already been corrected.
