April 07, 2017 06:32 PM

There was a guilty verdict Friday in the case of Wilfredo Diaz. He had to register as a sex offender after a rape conviction in 2002, but never notified the state where he was working this summer, which is a violation.

Police found out about it when he was arrested for rape last summer in Saratoga Springs. He was found guilty of predatory sexual assault in that case.
