Woman claims man grabbed her in front of home

Police in South Glens Falls are stepping up patrols after a woman claims a man grabbed her in front of her home.

The woman told police she was putting her garbage out on Spring Street around 10:30 Tuesday morning when a man grabbed her from behind and said, "Come on."

Earlier that morning, the woman claims another man in a red pickup truck followed her to a car repair shop in Moreau, waited for her, then followed her to her house.

It’s unknown if the two incidents are related.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
