Judge Peter Lynch sentenced her to one and a half to three years in state prison.

Barrone was also sentenced late Thursday afternoon in Saratoga County Court for driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and criminal impersonation. That stems from an arrest in the Town of Wilton in October 2015.

She will serve one to three years in prison on those charges.
