How do you work, take care of your family, but then have time to live your passion? One woman found the perfect ingredient to make it all happen.

Alyssa Cremeans can't remember a time that she wasn't in the kitchen. As she got older, her passion would quickly turn from dreaming of being a head chef to baking.

However, she realized she could not do as much while juggling a career and a new marriage to the person she calls the man of her dreams, so she started researching Mason jar cooking. Her college roommate introduced her to this timesaver that has been around, but her tastes were for desserts in a jar.

It was perfect for her lifestyle and for others wanting balance. In fact, it was so quick and delicious the ideas began to flow. They were even enough to create a cookbook with wine pairings.

Just wanting to have some balance has turned Cremeans into a businesswoman.

The book will not only be in bookstores but in wineries across the world -- and it all began with a jar.
