Young chefs place 3rd in state-wide cooking challenge

Two local high school students recently got a chance to compete in a state-wide quick-fire challenge with some impressive results. Haley Shaneberger and Victoria Todtshiner are students at the Capital Region BOCES Career and Technical School. They placed third in the 2017 New York State Restaurant Association Pro-Start Invitational.
