Albany mayoral candidates to discuss the environment

ALBANY -- The candidates for mayor will discuss the environment Thursday night.

A forum on environmental health and its protection is scheduled for 6 p.m.

Democrat Kathy Sheehan and her primary opponents, Frank Commisso Jr. and Carolyn McLaughlin, will be joined by Green Party candidates Bryan Jimenez and Danial Platt.

The event begins at 6 p.m. at the First Unitarian Universalist Society of Albany at 405 Washington Avenue.
