Cuomo pays second visit to Puerto Rico since hurricane

Governor Andrew Cuomo was in Puerto Rico on Thursday.

The governor and a support team were delivering millions of dollars in water filtration equipment.

The U.S. Territory continues to try and recover from the devastating effects of Hurricane Maria, which did major damage and knocked out power to the entire island.

This is the governor's second trip to the island since the hurricane.

New York state has sent supplies and hundreds of personnel, including members of the National Guard and New York State Police, to assist with the recovery.
