Kathy Sheehan wins Albany Democratic mayoral primary

Mayor Kathy Sheehan is keeping her job for another four years.
With no Republican running, Tuesday's Democratic primary effectively decided the winner.
With 100 percent of the precincts in, Mayor Sheehan earned 50 percent of the votes.
Common council member Frank Commisso Jr. finished second with 32 percent.
Council President Carolyn McLaughlin has 16 percent.
Sheehan will face Green Party Candidate Dan Plaat in the general election.
