Capital Region Memorial Day parades Monday, May 30

There are plenty of Memorial Day parades happening in and around the Capital District on Monday. Check out a list of some below:

Albany
Parade steps off at 9:30 a.m. from the corner of Central Avenue and Ontario Street.

Castleton on the Hudson
Parade steps off at 10 a.m. at the corner of Boltwood and Seaman Avenues. Ceremony following the parade at the cemetery on Scott Avenue.

Delmar
Parade steps off at 11 a.m. from the American Legion in Delmar. Parade starts off going down Elsmere Avenue and ends at the Memorial Park by the Rail Trail bridge.

Gloversville
Parade steps off at 9:30 a.m. from Eighth Avenue and Main Street.

North Greenbush
Parade steps off at 1:30 p.m. at the North Greenbush Town Hall.

Philmont
Parade steps off at 9 a.m. and will travel down Main Street to Memorial Park. A service will be held at Memorial Park after the parade.

Pittsfield
Parade steps off at 10 a.m. and will go down North Street, to Wahconah Street, then to Pittsfield Cemetary.

Sand Lake
Parade steps off at 10 a.m. and will proceed down Averill Avenue to Sand Lake Veteran’s Memorial. Ceremony scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. at the Veteran’s Memorial.

St. Johnsville
Parade steps off at 9:30 a.m. on Main Street. Memorial service at Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Park following parade.

Watervliet
Parade steps off at 10 a.m. at Watervliet High School. Ceremony following the parade at Veterans Memorial Park.
