ALBANY - The New York State Association of Black and Puerto Rican Legislators Caucus Weekend is being held at the Empire State Plaza this weekend. Leaders at the annual event say eliminating all flavored tobacco was at the top of their agenda this year.

On Saturday, lawmakers joined healthcare experts and social justice leaders to discuss the negative impact flavored tobacco is having on state residents. Panelists attending the caucus say flavored tobacco products continue to be aggressively marketed to communities of color and youth.
