ALBANY - Several state lawmakers spent their Valentine's Day building a home for Habitat for Humanity.

The legislators worked on a home in Albany's Sheridan Hollow neighborhood.

The home is part of a seven-home rehabilitation project with the Affordable Housing Corporation and the state's Homes & Community Renewal's Home Program.

All seven homes are under contract with first-time homebuyers.
