Boy, 10, recovering after being struck by bullet in Albany

ALBANY - A 10-year-old boy is recovering after police say he was hit by a stray bullet.

The shooting happened Thursday just before midnight on New Hope Terrace in Albany.


Police say shots were fired from down the street.

The bullet went through the wall of the boy's home, hitting him in the shoulder.

He was taken to Albany Med and is listed in stable condition.

As of Friday evening, no one had been arrested.
