Albany County's executive warns vigilance must be kept up during reopening

Albany County released the region's reopening plan over the weekend, named "Capital Region Forward".


County Executive Dan McCoy says by creating a uniform set of rules, the Capital Region will be entering the reopening process while protecting workers and customers.

However, just because the Capital Region has the green light to enter Phase 1, McCoy says we're not out of the woods yet.

He says everyone needs to remain vigilant.
