Pastor Charlie Muller, of Victory Christian Church, is addressing the recent violence.

This video clip above shows the scene Saturday night, when bricks were thrown at police officers and vehicles. Police deployed tear gas after a protester threw fireworks at them Monday.

Authorities announced nine arrests directly related to the violence. Only four were Albany residents. Three were from Schenectady; one was from Rensselaer and the other from Clifton Park.

A handful of instigators is no match for the peaceful protesters who call Albany home Muller said.
