Police: 14-year-old boy recovering after Albany shooting

Albany police are investigating after a 14-year-old was shot on Ontario Street Monday night.

Police were notified after a 14-year-old boy entered the emergency room at Albany Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the leg.  


The teen told police that he had been shot while walking in the area of Ontario Street and Benson Street.

The teen was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
