Albany police investigating shots fired incident on 1st Street

Albany police are investigating a shots fired incident.

Police say it happened on the 500 block of 1st Street, between Quail Street and Ontario Street, around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday. Officers say no one was hurt.


NewsChannel 13 called police overnight. They still do not have any suspects.

Anyone with information is asked to call Albany police.

So far, 100 people have been hit by gunfire in the city this year.
