Clifton Park man accused of setting off explosive in Watervliet

Police say a man from Clifton Park blasted an explosive device in Waterlviet, damaging an SUV.
It happened near Fourth Street and Seventh Avenue on Sept. 24.
Police say Robert Melendez set off the blast.
Police are just telling us he they arrested him on Oct. 8. Melendez is charged with arson, criminal mischief, weapons possession, and drug possession.
