Everything Bagel Hummus

Everything Bagel Hummus by BARE

Ingredients: 2.5 cups chickpeas (rinsed & strained) 2 tsp salt ½ cup tahini Juice of ½ lemon 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp crushed red pepper 2 tbsp dried minced onion 2 tbsp dried minced garlic 2 tbsp poppyseeds  2 tbsp sesame seeds ¼ - ½ cup water 
 
Method: 1. Add all ingredients EXCEPT water to a food processor or high speed blender and blend for 1-2 minutes or until the base is smooth. 
 
2. Continue blending mixture adding 1 tbsp water  at a time until desired consistency is achieved.  
 
3. Remove hummus from the processor and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
