Police say a man used Snapchat to offer money to underage victims for sex. When the victims refused, they say he would have inappropriate contact with them anyway.

Jeremy Cramer, 20, of Stockport, Columbia County was arrested.

Police say it happened last month in Halfmoon, but he’s also accused of similar crimes in Guilderland back in 2018 using both Snapchat and Instagram.

He's now out on bail and due back in court August 19.

Anyone with information is asked to call State Police.
