A man from Menands has pleaded guilty to aggravated DWI after crashing into a fence at NewsChannel 13.

State police tried to pull over Kenneth Jackson last March because he was speeding on Northern Boulevard.

He wouldn't stop, and a chase began and ended with him crashing through a fence, and into our parking lot.

Troopers say he had a blood alcohol level of .18%.

Jackson is scheduled to be sentenced on November 9.
