NY primary elections to be held on June 23

Tuesday is primary day in New York, and in-person voting is allowed.

There are two big races in the Capital Region that NewsChannel 13 is following closely.


First, is the race between Democratic candidates David Soares and Matt Toporowski for Albany County District Attorney. Soares has held the job since 2005.

In Columbia and Greene counties, Ola Hawatmeh and Kyle Van De Water are facing off against Congressman Antonio Delgado in the fall.
