Albany County Executive Dan McCoy discussed the guidelines that New York State is implementing for businesses that will keep workers and customers safe Friday at his press briefing.

As businesses begin to re-open, a “New York on PAUSE” Enforcement Task Force Violation Complaint Form is available to the public to be filled out if a certain business is not abiding to the guidelines.

McCoy says those who do not comply will not be covered by insurance, could face penalties and closures.
