A new poll from the Siena College Research Institute finds New York voters' views on whether Gov. Cuomo should resign are shifting.
Voters say the governor should not resign by a margin of 49-41%. That is compared to a 51-37% majority in April.
In terms of favorability, the governor’s rating is 44-48%, up from 40-52% last month. However, his job performance rating is negative 42-55%.
