Times Union Center in talks for new arena football team

Could arena football be making its return to the city of Albany? Right now, it’s a maybe.

Bob Belber with the Times Union Center tells NewsChannel 13’s Rodger Wyland they are in talks with the owners of the Orlando Predators team, but it's not a done deal quite yet.

The predators are part of the National Arena League.

The Arena Football League filed for bankruptcy soon after the Albany Empire won the championship in 2019.
