Albany police are investigating a shooting.
It happened around 8:50 Monday night in the area of Hoffman and Second avenues.
Police say shortly after they were called, a 47-year-old man was found inside a car on Southern Boulevard with a gunshot wound to the back. Investigators say his injuries are not life-threatening.
Anyone with information on this shooting is asked to call Albany police.
